Just found out the TJ Cruiser will be making an appearance in Chicago. I think the more it appears, the more I can hope for its production.

"Additional vehicles on display include the 2019 Avalon Hybrid, 2020 Corolla and Corolla Hybrid and the TJ Cruiser, a new crossover concept vehicle that combines the roominess of a cargo van with the functionality of an SUV to seamlessly integrate work with life."

I hope you can too! Just don't expect it be unlocked....it wasn't when it was in LA.
Wonder if there will be anything at the CIAS either. They usually don't get any reveals, but Toyota's has been pretty quiet about the TJ's presence at every show thus far.

Canadians almost never get anything good and for good reason.

That reason you ask? When last has an automaker prioritized Canada for a key product? They haven't. Much like everything else we buy from big companies, American demographics form the basis of how products are to be spec'd and targeted to certain consumer groups. Thus Canadians get what's old news to the rest of the industry
Didn't the FT-4X appear in Canadian shows?
A quick look at the Toyota list doesn't have a TJ Cruiser in it. I hope that the fact that they haven't locked down the list gives it a chance. The only thing close is the "Fine Comfort Vehicle". This doesn't look promising. Only if you have a Hydrogen station in your neighborhood.

I will continue to hope for the TJC to be on display.

Where are you seeing the "Fine Comfort Vehicle" on the list?

I have found , incredibly enough, that some show websites are often inaccurate. You would think that would be the best source.
Did some digging around and found a picture on Facebook of the TJ Cruiser in Chicago....

I have a special level of hate in me for that concept. It looks cool and all but no match for the FT-4X concept that followed:

I like them both and would be very happy with the TJ Cruiser. The FT-4X came before the TJ Cruiser. I think it is less likely to be produced.
